Siemens Completes Sale of Low Voltage Motors Business to Innomotics India

Siemens (NSE:SIEMENS, BOM:500550) has completed the sale of its low-voltage motors and geared motors business, including the related customer service operations, to Innomotics India, according to a Monday filing to the Indian bourses.

Siemens had agreed to sell its low-voltage motors business to Innomotics India in December 2025 for 22 billion Indian rupees as a going concern on a slump sale basis.
