Sichuan Energy Investment Expands EPC Contract

Sichuan Energy Investment Development (HKG:1713) said its subsidiary Yiliangruiyuan Hydropower expanded an existing EPC contract with group companies Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction and Sichuan Jianneng Electric Power Design by 400,000 yuan.

The supplemental contract covers enhancement and reconstruction works for a 35kV temporary power connection at the Liuxi Power Station, increasing the total contract value to 8.22 million yuan from 7.82 million yuan, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The additional works are due to be completed within 30 calendar days of signing the supplemental contract on Sept. 21.

Shares of the power supply and services company fell nearly 2% in recent trade.

Goodman Group Receives 2 Shareholder Resolutions for Upcoming Annual General Meeting
