Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical Enrolls First Patient in Phase 3 Lung Cancer Drug Trial

Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical (SHA:688506) enrolled the first subject in a Phase 3 clinical trial for its antibody-drug conjugate Yizekang, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The clinical study compares a combination therapy of BL-B01D1 and osimertinib against osimertinib monotherapy. The trial targets patients with Stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer whose disease has not progressed following platinum-based chemoradiotherapy.

Shares of the pharmaceutical company rose 2% in recent trade.
