Shriram Finance (NSE:SHRIRAMFIN, BOM:511218) will make a cash tender offer to buy back up to $460 million of its senior secured notes.
The offer covers up to $300 million of its 6.625% notes due 2027 and up to $160 million of its 6.15% notes due 2028, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday. The notes were issued under the company's $3.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program.
