Hebei Huijin Group's (SHE:300368) unit, Beijing Zhongke Tuoda Technology, sued New Century Technology over a sales contract dispute, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.Huijin's shares dropped by around 5% at the close of Friday's trade.The Chinese banking and financial equipment supplier is seeking 11.2 million yuan for unpaid dues over a contract signed in 2021.In the suit, Zhongke Tuoda said the contract involved the provision of Huawei products to New Century.
Nanjing Wondux Environmental Protection Technology (SHA:688178) signed a 302.5 million yuan contract for the Guxian County Economic Development Zone industrial wastewater resource utilization project.The contract comprises 174.0 million yuan in construction, 3.8 million yuan in design and 124.6 million yuan in operation fees, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The project will build a 3,600 cubic meters per day high-salinity wastewater treatment facility that will include various workshops and pools.Construction will take 180 days, followed by a three-year operation period.Shares of the waste management services company closed 5% higher Friday.
