Mitsubishi Paper Mills Declares Unchanged Final Dividend

Mitsubishi Paper Mills (TYO:3864) declared a year-end dividend of 15 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching earlier forecasts and the same amount paid a year ago.

The total dividend payment amounts to 669 million yen, payable from retained earnings on June 8, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

For the fiscal year ending March 2027, Mitsubishi Paper Mills forecasts a total dividend of 15 yen per share, consisting of interim and year-end dividends of 7.50 yen each.

Nanjing Wondux Environmental Protection Technology (SHA:688178) signed a 302.5 million yuan contract for the Guxian County Economic Development Zone industrial wastewater resource utilization project.The contract comprises 174.0 million yuan in construction, 3.8 million yuan in design and 124.6 million yuan in operation fees, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The project will build a 3,600 cubic meters per day high-salinity wastewater treatment facility that will include various workshops and pools.Construction will take 180 days, followed by a three-year operation period.Shares of the waste management services company closed 5% higher Friday.

Rushil Décor's (NSE:RUSHIL, BOM:533470) attributable profit declined to 101.2 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 from 127.4 million rupees a year ago.Earnings per share fell to 0.34 rupees from 0.42 rupees, the laminate and panel boards manufacturer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Friday.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 remained flat year-on-year at 2.31 billion rupees.The company's board recommended payment of a final dividend of 0.05 rupees per equity share of face value of 1 rupee each for the fiscal year ended March 31.The company's shares were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
