Shopper360 (SGX:1F0) has completed the members' voluntary liquidation of subsidiary, ShopperPlus Myanmar, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The liquidation is not expected to impact the company's earnings per share for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027.
