Shizuoka Financial (TYO:5831) recorded a 45% rise in attributable profit in the first fiscal quarter to 32.7 billion yen from 22.6 billion yen a year prior.
Earnings per share were 61.69 yen, up from 41.65 yen in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday Tokyo bourse filing.
The financial services company's ordinary income increased 49% to 136.8 billion yen from 91.8 billion yen previously.
The company forecasts an attributable profit of 115 billion yen, basic EPS of 217.91 yen, and a total dividend of 108 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
The company revised the profit and dividend forecast upward amid growth in net interest income, according to a separate filing.
