Shinsegae Approves KRW 12.3 Billion in Goods and Services Transactions with Affiliate

Shinsegae (KRX:004170) has approved goods and services transactions with affiliate SSG.com totalling 12.3 billion won from August to September.

The transactions consist of 225 million won for facility usage fees and 12.064 billion won in consignment sales from store products, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The total transaction amount represents 1.01% of Shinsegae's previous fiscal year revenue of 1.219 trillion won, based on its 2025 separate audit report.

The contracts were awarded through negotiated contracts, with the purchase transactions covering consignment sales agreements and maintenance contracts.

The disclosure was made following an upcoming change in Emart's ( KRX:139480) stake in SSG.com, effective Aug. 26, which will designate SSG.com as a related party transaction subject to disclosure.
