Shenzhen Sunway Communication (SHE:300136) subsidiary Sunway Communication (Yiyang) completed the purchase of a 55% stake in Sunway Electronics Technology (Yiyang) for 1.10 billion yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The listed company's stake in the electronic materials unit will rise to 70% from 15%, and Sunway Communication (Yiyang) will then be incorporated into Shenzhen Sunway's statements.
