Shenzhen Ridge Engineering Consulting (SHE:300977) Chief Financial Officer Zheng Qi resigned, citing personal reasons, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Zheng's term was supposed to expire in October 2027.
The management and consultancy company has not yet named a successor.
