Shenzhen New Nanshan's (SHE:002314) unit, Baowan Logistics Holdings, issued its first tranche of medium-term bonds for the year, amounting to 500 million yuan, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.85% and a term of three years, maturing July 24, 2029.
China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance.
The renewable energy engineering and construction services provider's shares rose 1% at the close.
