Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical (SHE:002851) provided a 150-million-yuan joint liability guarantee for subsidiary Zhejiang Yihe Sanitary Ware, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The guarantee falls within the industrial automation equipment manufacturer's approved 2026 quota of 6.07 billion yuan, with the remaining available guarantee at 5.92 billion yuan.
Shares of the company were down nearly 4% in recent trade.
