Shenzhen JPT Opto-Electronics (SHA:688025) shareholder Xiamen Tongju Tongyuan Consulting Management Partnership reduced its shareholding by 114,898 shares, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The stock reduced is equivalent to 0.12% of the entire shareholding of the laser maker's shares.
Tongju is a party acting in concert with the controlling shareholder, Huang Zhijia, JPT said.
