Shenzhen InfoGem Technologies Denies Investigation Rumors; Shares Fall 6%

Shenzhen InfoGem Technologies (SHE:300085) denied online rumors that the company was under investigation, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The financial technology company said it received no notices or legal documents from any competent authority regarding an investigation.

Shenzhen InfoGem Technologies said production and operations remain normal, and all business activities are proceeding in order.

Shares of the company were down 6% in recent trade.
