Shenzhen Envicool Technology (SHE:002837) provided an about 16.5 million yuan performance guarantee for wholly-owned Indonesian subsidiary PT Envicool Technology Indonesia.
Valid until May 2027, the guarantee supports business growth for the newly formed unit, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
