Shenergy (SHA:600642) issued two tranches of short-term commercial paper totaling 2 billion yuan, the fifth and sixth tranches of the year, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
Both tranches are worth 1 billion yuan each, have a term of 270 days, and have coupon rates of 1.41%.
The power company's shares fell 2% during the afternoon trade.
China Longyuan Power (SHE:001289, HKG:0916) raised 1.6 billion yuan via the issue of two tranches of 240-day bonds carrying a coupon rate of 1.40%.Each tranche raised 800 million yuan, with the proceeds earmarked for working capital and debt repayment, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the power company were down 1% in recent trade on the Shenzhen bourse.
