Shenergy Completes 2 Billion Yuan Convertible Bond Issuance

Shenergy (SHA:600642) completed the issuance of 2 billion yuan in convertible bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Existing shareholders subscribed for the majority of the offering, taking up 1.42 million lots valued at 1.42 billion yuan.

Online investors absorbed an additional 570.8 million yuan, while joint lead underwriters Huatai United Securities and CITIC Securities subscribed to the remaining 6.67 million yuan in unallocated bonds.

Shenergy's shares fell 1% recently.

United Microelectronics Board OKs Up to NT$1.7 Billion Investment in Private Equity Fund

United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) board approved an investment of up to NT$1.7 billion in private equity fund TGVest Asia Partners III (Taiwan), according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The investment will be made through capital contributions based on capital call notices under the fund's limited partnership agreement.The funds will be used as a long-term investment, it said.
