Shanghai Wanye Enterprises (SHA:600641) controlling shareholder, Xiandao Huixin (Shanghai) Technology Investment, committed to not reduce its shareholding in the company for 12 months, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Xiandao Huixin holds about 225.9 million shares, equivalent to 23.85% of the company's current total share capital.
Shares rose 4% during late afternoon trading on Friday.
