Shanghai Seer Intelligent Technology's (HKG:6106) over-allotment option for its Hong Kong initial public offering expired unexercised after the end of the stabilization period on Saturday, according to a same-day bourse filing.
During the stabilization period, the stabilizing manager over-allocated 1.6 million H-shares, representing about 15% of the total offer shares under the global offering.
The stabilizing manager also purchased 1.6 million H-shares on the market at prices ranging from HK$71.00 to HK$101.60 per share to cover the over-allocations.
The last purchase was made on July 17 at HK$72.55 per share.
