Shanghai Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone Development's (SHA:600663) contracted sales amount for its residential properties rose 21% year over year to 5.78 billion yuan in the first half, according to a Thursday disclosure to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The contracted sales area shrank 16% to 34,300 square meters.
The company also sold the DBS Bank Tower office project, with a contracted sales amount of 3.76 billion yuan.
Cash inflows from its real estate leasing business increased 1% year over year to 1.87 billion yuan.
Shares jumped nearly 8% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
