Shanghai Iluvatar CoreX Semiconductor (HKG:9903) is seeking HK$7.07 billion via a stock offering, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company is seeking investors for around 14.9 million H shares priced at HK$476 each to raise funds to secure access to artificial intelligence computing hardware.
The shares to be sold represent 5.84% of the company's total issued share capital and 5.52% as enlarged by the sale.
