Shanghai Electric Power's (SHA:600021) Hugarian subsidiaries proposed to conduct interest rate swap hedging transactions worth up to 87 million euros, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese power company's shares fell 3% at the close of Monday's trade.
Virgin Solar and EZRT-Solar Finance plan to conduct the hedging transactions using a six-month Euribor interest rate swap instrument for up to five years.
