Shandong Hontron Aluminum Industry (SHE:002379) plans to raise 12 billion yuan from the sale of up to 1.30 billion shares to not more than 35 investors under a private share placement plan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Proceeds from the share issuance will help fund its 11 wind power projects, six photovoltaic projects, aluminum deep processing project, and bank loan repayments.
Shares plunged 10% during morning trading on Monday.
