Shandong Hi-Speed (HKG:0412) entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Nasdaq-listed VNET to collaborate on green energy and data center projects, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Shares of the firm gained over 1% in late-morning trade on Thursday.
The companies plan to cooperate on integrated projects involving renewable energy generation, power transmission and distribution, smart load management, and energy storage systems centered on data centers.
