Shandong Hi-Speed Completes VNET Stake Sale

Shandong Hi-Speed (HKG:0412) completed the disposal of the remaining 70% stake in Nasdaq-listed VNET Group, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The development came after Success Flow International Investment, one of the two Shandong Hi-Speed-owned sellers, received 70% of the transaction's total consideration.

Choice Faith Group, the other seller, completed its portion of the transaction on Aug. 24.

Shares of Shandong Hi-Speed rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
