Shandong Gold Advances Asset Integration to Resolve Horizontal Competition

Shandong Gold Mining's (HKG:1787, SHA:600547) controlling shareholder, Shandong Gold Group, is advancing due diligence and asset valuations to resolve horizontal competition ahead of its November 2030 deadline, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Thursday.

The parent group has engaged financial advisors and auditors to regularize title certificates and evaluate qualified high-quality assets for future injection into the listed company.

While the integration work is progressing without default, the timing of any asset injections remains subject to market and regulatory conditions.
