ShaMaran Outlines Timetable for Planned Primary Listing Change to Oslo

By

ShaMaran Petroleum (SNM.ST) on Monday released the timetable for its plan to change its primary listing, in line with its corporate continuance to Bermuda from Canada.

The oil and gas company will start the process to change its primary listing to Euronext Growth Oslo from the TSX Venture Exchange on May 26, with trading set to start June 5. It also plans to list its secondary depositary receipts on its secondary listing on Sweden's Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

ShaMaran's redomiciliation, which received shareholders' approval, is intended for the company to have a "more efficient corporate structure."
