Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST) has rejected Vividthree Holdings' (SGX:OMK) application for an extension of time to hold its annual general meeting for the financial year ended March 31, according to a Saturday filing to the Singapore bourse.
The SGX-ST said it will not grant an extension of time for the entertainment company as there are "no extenuating reasons to grant the waiver".
The bourse has asked the company to take immediate action to finalize the audit of the financial statements for financial year 2026, issue the annual report and sustainability report for FY26, and hold the AGM as soon as possible.
