SG Micro Corp (SHE:300661, HKG:3661) has set the offer price for its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$85.20 per H-share.
The H-shares will trade in board lots of 100 shares each, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Wednesday.
The analog integrated circuit company is offering 54 million H-shares in the IPO, which could raise up to HK$4.60 billion, according to a company filing on June 17.
Trading is scheduled to begin on June 26.

Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) completed its acquisition of airport technology and services provider Dubai Technology Partners, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Dubai Technology Partners has around 60 employees and will be integrated into Gentrack's Veovo airports division, the company said.
