Serica Energy (SQZ.L) said Thursday it signed a new $750 million loan package to replace its current $525 million reserves-based lending facility.
The new six-year, senior secured reserves-based lending facilities are comprised of a $500 million secured revolving loan facility and a $250 million secured revolving letter of credit facility backed by 11 international banks.
The oil and gas company said it can also tap another $750 million through an accordion option.
