Technology stocks were rising pre-bell Friday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.7% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.3% higher.
Broadcom (AVGO) is in discussions with a group of lenders to raise as much as $100 billion in debt for an artificial intelligence chip financing deal, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Shares of Broadcom were up more than 1% premarket.
Sky Harbour (SKYH) has agreed to sell an additional 1 million shares at $10 per share to M-Cor Capital as part of its recently completed registered direct common stock placement, the company said. Sky Harbour stock was down 0.8% pre-bell.
Ubiquiti (UI) shares were up more than 4% after the company reported higher fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings and revenue, and raised its quarterly dividend.
