The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index climbed 7%.

Anthropic has inked a $10 billion deal for computing capacity with Volta Infra Holdings, a months-old infrastructure startup backed by Nvidia (NVDA), Bloomberg reported. Nvidia shares rose 3%.
