ASML Holding (ASML) said construction has begun on its second major industrial campus in the Brainport region of the Netherlands. Separately, ASML and Samsung Electronics said they will expand their partnership to advance High NA EUV lithography and semiconductor manufacturing for next-generation chips. ASML shares were up more than 3% premarket.
Nokia (NOK) has launched Mobile Core Early Access, a live, hosted environment that allows users to evaluate how new capabilities operate before deciding on deployment, the company said. Nokia stock was up more than 3% pre-bell.
