Seaport Therapeutics (SPTX) stock was nearly 4% higher after the company said its phase 1 driving simulation trial of GlyphAllo met its primary endpoint, with the 375 mg dose showing no next-morning driving impairment versus placebo after multiple-day dosing.
Evommune's (EVMN) phase 2b trial of EVO756 to treat adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis didn't meet its primary and secondary endpoints in any of the doses studied, the company said. Evommune shares were down more than 8% pre-bell.
