Novartis (NVS) shareholder Artisan Partners called for changes to the Swiss drugmaker's board following two consecutive drug trial setbacks that sent shares tumbling, Reuters reported, citing an interview with Artisan managing director David Samra. Novartis stock was up more than 1% premarket.
Axogen (AXGN) shares were down more than 4% after the company said it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 4.9 million shares at $42.50 each, with gross proceeds expected to be about $208.7 million.
