Argenx (ARGX) shares surged past 16% after the company said a phase 3 study evaluating its experimental drug Vyvgart Hytrulo in adults with autoimmune myositis met its main goal.
Mesoblast (MESO) shares jumped nearly 10% after the company said it has completed patient treatment in a phase 3 trial of its experimental rexlemestrocel-L for chronic low back pain associated with degenerative disc disease.
EyePoint (EYPT) shares tumbled 68% after it said its phase 3 Lugano trial testing Duravyu in people with wet age-related macular degeneration failed to achieve its primary endpoint.
