Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical (RARE) has received accelerated approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for Genglycos to treat glycogen storage disease type Ia, a rare genetic metabolic disorder due to an enzyme deficiency, the drugmaker said. Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical shares were up more than 7% premarket.
Nuvation Bio (NUVB) stock was up more than 2% after the company said it has received US Food and Drug Administration fast-track designation for Safusidenib for the treatment IDH1-mutant glioma.
AC Immune (ACIU) shares were up more than 2% after the company said preliminary results from a first-in-human Phase 1 trial of ACI-19764 showed the drug was safe and well tolerated in healthy volunteers.
