PACS Group (PACS) said Friday that its subsidiaries have acquired the operations of post-acute care facility Ridgeway Senior Living in Anchorage, Alaska.Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.As part of the transaction, PACS has acquired land adjacent to the building, where it plans to build a subsequent 150-bed skilled nursing facility with an expected completion date of 2028, according to a statement.Price: $33.25, Change: $-0.30, Percent Change: -0.89%
