Genworth Financial (GNW) stock was down more than 6% after the company said a UK Court of Appeal ruling found Santander (SAN) not liable for the vast majority of AXA's losses tied to the historic mis-selling of payment protection insurance policies.
Citigroup (C) expects revenue from its markets business to grow at a mid-single-digit rate in Q3 from a year earlier, Chief Financial Officer Gonzalo Luchetti said. Citigroup shares were 0.6% higher pre-bell.
