Klarna Group (KLAR) shares were down more than 19% after the company cut its 2026 revenue outlook.
UBS Group (UBS) is working with Ardian as the private equity firm is weighing a potential sale of Swissbit, a provider of industrial data storage and security products, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of UBS Group were down 0.3% pre-bell.
Banco Santander (SAN) and Centerbridge Partners received European Commission approval to acquire joint control of UK-based Ebury Partners, the Commission said. Banco Santander was 0.1% higher premarket.
