Consumer stocks were lower late Thursday afternoon, with the State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLP) falling 1.2% and the State Street Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLY) down 1%.
In corporate news, Celsius (CELH) shares fell 5.7% after Deutsche Bank downgraded the company to hold from buy, while increasing its price target to $35 from $30.
