Seazen Group Logs Contracted Sales of 957 Million Yuan in June

Seazen Group (HKG:1030) recorded contracted sales of 957 million yuan in June, with a sales area of 153,400 square meters, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The property company had 182 properties for lease in the month with a gross floor area of roughly 16.8 million square meters. Rental and commercial operating income for the month were approximately 1.11 billion yuan and 1.19 billion yuan, respectively.

For the six months ended June 30, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly a respective 6.36 billion yuan and 1.02 million square meters. Rental and commercial operating income for the period reached about 6.64 billion yuan and 7.11 billion yuan, respectively.
