Seamec (NSE:SEAMECLTD, BOM:526807) is undertaking a scheduled statutory drydocking of its barge, Seamec Glorious, at SWAN Defence and Heavy Industries' (NSE:SWANDEF, BOM:533107) Pipavav yard in Gujarat, India.

The vessel arrived at the Pipavav Yard on Friday and will return to Mumbai after the completion of drydock, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Friday.

The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
