Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) has received a proposal letter from Carimin Petroleum regarding a proposed privatization, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The marine vessel operator said the proposal involves acquiring all shares in Sealink that Carimin does not already own.
