SDI (ASX:SDI) said the Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved InnoXvest Dental's proposed acquisition of the company for AU$1.40 per share in cash, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
SDI plans to lodge a copy of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Thursday, at which point the deal will become effective.
The company will also request the suspension of its shares from the ASX from the close of trading on Thursday.
