Scott Technology (NZE:SCT) launched the NexPAL 200HL end-of-line palletizer, targeting manufacturers in Europe and the US East Coast seeking higher production capacity within constrained facility footprints, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The system can palletize more than 35 cases per minute while occupying 25% less space than comparable solutions, per the filing.
The company has secured its first contract for four NexPAL 200HL systems with a major poultry processor in Georgia, US, as part of its existing multimillion-dollar materials handling contracts, with no incremental revenue from the deal, the filing said.
The launch expands the company's integrated automation portfolio and is expected to drive recurring Lifecycle Services revenue as the company targets NZ$530 million in annual revenue and a 14% earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization margin by fiscal 2030, the filing added.
The company's shares were down 1% in recent Thursday trade.
