SCG Decor (BKK:SCGD) unit, Prime Trading, Import and Export One Member, completed the dissolution of stepdown subsidiary, V Ceramic Mekong Delta, according to a Tuesday filing with the Thailand Exchange.
Shares of the ceramic tiles and bathroom products maker were up nearly 1% in Wednesday trading.
The dissolved subsidiary operated under a manufacturing outlet model in Vietnam, with the dissolution decision taken due to business environment and operational readiness issues.
