Sanwa's (TYO:5929) profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 3.9% to 59.8 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 57.5 billion yen a year earlier.
The metal window and door manufacturer's earnings per share increased to 281.48 yen from 264.40 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Net sales slipped 0.3% to 660.7 billion yen for the period ended March 31 from 662.4 billion yen in the prior year.
In a separate disclosure, Sanwa raised its final dividend to 68 yen per share, from the initially planned 62 yen, payable from June 25.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 60 billion yen, EPS of 288.08 yen, and net sales of 677 billion yen.
Sanwa plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 73 yen per share each for the year, totaling 146 yen per share, which is higher than the 130 yen per share paid in the year-ago period.
