Santana Minerals (ASX:SMI, NZE:SMI) said it brought forward the date of the submission of final consent conditions to Aug. 28 in relation to its Fast Track Application for the Bendigo-Ophir gold project in New Zealand, according to Monday filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The expert panel assessing its application had suggested that the firm extend the resumption date to align with the supply of the fully workshopped consent conditions by the applicant.
The firm said it would not be seeking any further pause to the application.
Its shares jumped 5% in recent trading on the Australian bourse and 3% on the New Zealand one.
